What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique used on both people and animals to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing.
The word Reiki combines two Japanese words:
Rei, God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power + Ki, Life force energy
Together they mean “spiritually guided life force energy.”

This technique is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through all of us and causes us to be alive.
