Policies and Procedures

Please contact me via email or phone when requesting an appointment for the first time, as I do not accept appointment requests via text. Kindly refrain from sending a text message requesting an appointment. When submitting an appointment request via email, please include a phone number where you can be reached.

I do my best to get back to clients as quickly as I can. In most cases, you will receive a response to your appointment request within 24-48 hours, however I may need up to three days.

My schedule is usually booked about two to three weeks in advance, so please keep that in mind when you contact me. While I do have cancellations and will contact you if an appointment opens up before your scheduled date, I can never do a reading the day you contact me or the days immediately following. Thank you for your patience.

Yes. At this time, all sessions are conducted virtually via telephone, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype. Sessions are schedule for Eastern Standard Time so you must make note of the time difference for your location.

Yes. Your digital recording is included with your reading free of charge and your downloadable file will be emailed to you via Dropbox.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. I often have more than one appointment on the same day, so kindly respect everyone’s time by being punctual.
  • Prepayment for all services is required. Payment upon receiving your invoice is required regardless of when your appointment is scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hrs notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations beyond the 24-hr period are non-refundable.

Payment Information

Rates for my services vary depending on the type of service, and whether the session is with an individual, group, or party. For specific rate details, please visit my rates page.

Cash and credit or debit cards are accepted.

For telephone and Skype readings, I accept payment through Square. I will email you
an invoice via Square with a link that will allow you to pay securely by credit or debit card.

If you are seeing me for an in-person session, I accept credit cards and cash onsite. Upon request, I will email an invoice via Square before your appointment with a link that will allow you to pay securely by credit or debit card.

If you schedule a phone or Skype reading, payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received during this time, you will receive a reminder invoice stating payment is overdue and have an additional 24 hours to make payment. If payment is not received during this time your appointment will be canceled. Please keep in mind that others are waiting for cancellations and will be given your time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Common Misconceptions

Many people think that being a medium means you don’t grieve the loss of your loved ones or pets. This is not true; we go through the same grieving process. The people or pets we have lost are no longer here physically, so it hurts just as much and takes time to heal – the same as anyone else.

Nothing could be further from the truth! That’s not how this gift works! Mediums and psychics do not know everything and we are not supposed to! We are people with lives and problems just like everyone else and do not have the answers to everything. We have our own soul contracts to live and karma to balance!

Newsflash! It is a lot more difficult to do readings for family and close friends. That is because I know too much information about them and am too close to the subject being read. Most mediums and psychics will say the same thing. With that being said, of course I do get things for family and close friends from time to time but it is never because I’m doing a reading for them. It is random and yes I will tell them if I have a message from spirit or psychic information.
